Buying a home is the greatest investment we will make in our lives. It can be very stressful and at times confusing. You shouldn’t have to worry about whether the home you are interested in has any hidden problems or potential defects that could lead to a costly repair or replacement in the future. A “typical” inspection will take 2-3 hours to complete, varying on the size and condition of the home.

You are encouraged to accompany the inspector during this time.

Upon completion of the inspection, the inspector will review the findings of the report with you and you will receive a copy of the report book, which includes a seasonal home maintenance guide and repair budgeting guide.

Laboratory results of any requested sampling arising from a mold inspection will be available within 48 hours

You will now have the impartial results of a professional home inspection, covering all major aspects of the home.
