Add a complete mold inspection to any above inspection for $140, plus cost of testing and lab analysis fee of $85 per sample taken (min. 2 air samples required). Must be completed at the same time as the home inspection. |
Mold Inspections

| “To the Source” | inspection: $140 The above include a complete inspection report only and CMHC guide, ”Fighting Mold”, The Homeowners Guide. Testing and lab analysis fee: additional $85 per sample taken (air, swab, lift, bulk) (min. 2 air samples required). |
